Illa is the best. I’ve been going to her for laser hair removal on my legs, which is a success!! Also, I started semaglutide with her a month ago and have already lost close to 20 lbs. she is always available to answer my questions and is an open book. She just wants to help people look and feel their best. She is an ER nurse, so very knowledgeable. I totally trust her and would recommend her!!  She also does facials for my 13 year old. Illa is so amazing! She listens to your areas of concerns, offers up suggestions and does not pressure you into anything. She is patient and continuously checks on you. She has helped me look and feel amazing. I started with my first apt in June and will continue to book appointments in the future! I never thought I would want to show my abdomen in public after 3 kids and 70 lb weight loss — Now I feel confident and let my tummy peak out regularly between my tees and jeans. The process: After numbing the abdominal area with ointment a laser (Morpheus 8) was used across my entire abdomen and “love handles”.  Yes it did sting but the pain was only temporary and she is extremely efficient in covering the area quickly.  The redness lasted for 3 weeks, but my skin is pale and sensitive.  My skin across my lower abdomen was extremely loose, flappy and crepe like (picture a balloon that was blown up full and then all the air was let out)-  now after 3 treatments my abdomen has a firm texture and my waist line is well defined.  Careful attention was given on my “love handles” which have shrunk by inches. I would not hesitate to go to Cox Medical Aesthetic again for competent, compassionate, clean, and excellent care.
