Cancellations & No Shows
Cox Medical Aesthetics requires a 24-hour notice to make any changes to your appointment.
Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. No call – No show clients will be charged at 100%; this includes clients on a Series.
Refund Policy
Retail products may be returned for a full refund within seven days of the purchase date. Any returns after that will receive spa credit only, minus a % restocking fee.
