I never thought I would want to show my abdomen in public after 3 kids and 70 lb weight loss — Now I feel confident and let my tummy peak out regularly between my tees and jeans. The process: After numbing the abdominal area with ointment a laser (Morpheus 8) was used across my entire abdomen and “love handles”. Yes it did sting but the pain was only temporary and she is extremely efficient in covering the area quickly. The redness lasted for 3 weeks, but my skin is pale and sensitive. My skin across my lower abdomen was extremely loose, flappy and crepe like (picture a balloon that was blown up full and then all the air was let out)- now after 3 treatments my abdomen has a firm texture and my waist line is well defined. Careful attention was given on my “love handles” which have shrunk by inches. I would not hesitate to go to Cox Medical Aesthetic again for competent, compassionate, clean, and excellent care. Illa is the truly the best.

Currently getting laser hair removal - My friends have always complained about the pain from lasering, but the Morpheus 8 laser she has a great cooling feature so it's almost painless! Illa is always so professional and makes me feel very comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable, answers all of my questions, let's me know what to expect, and checks on my progress at each visit. The spa is very clean, neat, and sanitary. I will definitely be back for one of the many other services she offers!

Excellent! Very professional and personable. Reasonable prices make it easy to stay on top of whatever your aesthetic goals are. She offers botox, fillers, PRF, Morpheus 8, Laser hair removal, chemical peels, you name it! Zero pressure consultations; she happily and competently answers all questions and addresses all concerns. I have visited many well known surgeons and cosmetic doctors in the area but I now consider Ila as "my provider". I am so glad I found her.
